Green-Legged Partridge is a breed of polish hens dating back to 19th century farms. Hens of this kind require constant access to open pastures, so they need conditions identical to free-range system. This type of breed produces an egg of a brighter shell and reduced cholesterol content by up to 30%. They are characterized by high resistance to low temperatures, a very well-developed ability to look for food and a high resistance to disease. Our birds have unlimited access to water and feed. Free range system allows them to go outdoor everyday and enjoy the freedom. They sleep in high standard mobile coops. Every morning the doors are open to go outside. They are fed only with organic feed which comes from Hudson Valley.
